Characters:
Richard "Rick" Dicker - He was a government agent of the former NSA (National Supers Agency), which was meant to clean up any Super accidents.
Main Government agent:

Rick Dicker - can be described as an aloof yet caring person. He shows no emotion, even when faced with a very stressful or joyful occasion. However, he shows compassion when need be, such as when he told Bob and Helen the Super Relocation Program was being shut down. He tends to be blunt to other people, telling things as it is.
.
.

Edna "E" Mode - She is a fashion designer as well as a supersuit designer for Supers

Edna has been creating original custom suits for superheroes since her "fame" days, stating that she designs clothes for gods. It is evident that she considers herself infinitely superior to all other fashion designers in the world, as she gets angry when she learns that some supers got suits from a rival designer, but she is not egotistical. She is completely oblivious to boutiques and modern designs, claiming that she recently returned from a fashion show in Milan where she designed clothes for them. She is very talented and is as demanding of others as she is of herself.

She is also shown to constantly strive to create and design something new. Edna also does not seem to care about the past, saying that "it distracts from the present", and is not very emotional. She is a naive woman who often shows "tough love", but mostly for the good of others.
