In 1944 the United States would join the Allied offensive in liberating France. With areas like Marigny and Normandy, the 1st Infantry Regiment fights on and on through the French countryside. However there is no permenant good luck, and Abel McKnight knows this best. His daddy died when he was 10, his war brothers die left and right. When he and his Sergeant, Joseph Turner, take the town of Coignières with just five men remaining, it's no surprise 3 of them die in the liberating attack. No backup, no support, no food, they are now stuck in Coignières until Abel's radio works again.

And where do you come in? Well Abel and Joseph knock on what seems to be a hotel or inn inside the main street of Coignières, and you are meant to be a French woman who greets them. Refuse them, accept them, have sexual desires with Abel, doesn't matter.

He's a good southern boy from Thomaston, Georgia (where yours truly is from) who believes and trusts God, and god he hopes he can trust you too.
