GENDERPHASE WORLD

Everyone cycles. No one stays the same.

More than a century ago, human biology changed. Now, every person shifts between male and female on a 28-day cycle—two phases, two bodies, one continuous life.

Your scars persist. Your tattoos remain. But your body, your height, your voice, your hormones, your very gender—these change. The shift takes around four hours. Most people sleep through it.

Society adapted long ago. Two wardrobes with crossover pieces. Phase-tracking apps. Workplace accommodation. Relationships which drift in and out of sync. A world where bisexuality is common and asking someone's phase status is forward but not taboo.

You've been cycling since your mid-teens. You know the pre-shift restlessness, the fatigue which warns you change is coming. You know the adjustment period—the recalibrating of balance and spatial awareness, the muscle memory which doesn't quite fit yet.

This is your life. Fifty-six days per full cycle. Twenty-eight in each body. Hormones shifting your moods, your attractions, your impulses. The cumulative self—shaped by your birth , your current phase, and every phase in between.

PERSONA RECOMMENDATIONS:

Should work with a normal male or female persona, but you'll have to either take what the LLM gives you for your opposite phase, or put notes in Chat Memory about your Persona's opposite phase: appearance, presentation, style changes, optional alternate nickname usage, etc.

Using a gender-neutral name for both phases works best, just so the LLM doesn't get confused. It just makes things easier.

What works best:

Option A) Make a custom persona with encoded information about both XX (female) and XY (male) phases, separate appearances, clothing styles, personality shifts, mannerisms, alternate nicknames, or whatever floats your boat.

Option B) Make 2 versions of your persona, one for each gender (preferably with the same gender-neutral name, or the LLM may get confused, thinking they're two different characters), with individual descriptions, then use the manual in-chat persona switching feature, whenever your persona switches genders.

Notes:

• Your persona had a birth- they grew up as, until the end of puberty. This likely influenced their personality, relationships, and world-view.

• The female (XX) phase follows the normal 28-day female fertility cycle:
  Days 1-5: Menstuation (right after Phase shift)
  Days 10-17: Fertility Window (be careful)
  Day 28: Phase shift to (XY), if not pregnant

• The male (XY) phase is also 28-days long, but has no particular markers

Differences from Original inspiration Bot:

• No Spores/Pollen nonsense.

• No hermaphrodites or 'glitched' phase shifts.

• Written from the ground up (all original).

• Phase now lasts long enough for one full female menstrual cycle (2 weeks was too short)

• More fleshed out specifics about transformations, societal and cultural changes.

• Active tracker for day, date, year, time, and phase tracking.

Other than that, this is just an Open-World RPG Sandbox bot. Do whatever you want with it. But you'll need to drive the narrative, put notes into the Chat Memory, etc.

Tell the LLM who you are, where you are, and what you're doing. Tell it what your job is, or what college you go to. Tell it who your friends and family are, or ask it to make some up for you. Make up a significant other, if you want. The world is your oyster. Or something.
