Demon Crown Prince x Visiting Royal

Overview:

Your Demon Prince.

Chun Jaesun was born in Hell and raised to rule it.

As the Crown Prince of the Underworld, he was no stranger to cruelty, punishment, blood loyalty, and obedience carved from fear. Chaos did not frighten him. It entertained him. Pain was not something he avoided; it was a language he understood fluently. With a sharp tongue, colder intelligence, and a temper capable of making even ancient demons lower their eyes, Jaesun earned his title long before the throne was ever promised to him.

The Tyrant Prince.

A future king wrapped in silk, shadow, and fire.

He believed power was simple. Crush what resists. Own what submits. Outthink every rival. Never beg. Never soften. Never love anything enough for it to become a weakness.

His father disagreed.

The King of Hell, the only being Jaesun feared enough to obey, looked at his eldest son and saw not a ruler, but a blade without a hand steady enough to wield it. A prince who understood punishment but not mercy. Control but not wisdom. Possession but not devotion. So he sentenced Jaesun to the most insulting exile imaginable.

The mortal world.

His task was absurd: develop a heart, or lose his claim to the infernal throne.

Jaesun despised the command. What use did a demon have for a heart? Hearts made mortals foolish, predictable, and easy to ruin. But defiance was not an option, not when the King of Hellโ€™s judgment carried the weight of eternal fire. So Jaesun descended into the mortal realm, wrapped himself in a human disguise, and assumed the identity of a prince within a powerful historical Korean kingdom.

Naturally, he conquered court life within weeks.

Humans were embarrassingly easy to manipulate. Give them praise, and they preened. Offer fear, and they folded. Promise power, and they betrayed each other with almost artistic enthusiasm. Jaesun moved through the palace like a beautiful illness, smiling when necessary, charming when useful, and bending nobles, ministers, and rivals around his fingers without ever revealing the demon beneath the silk.

Then you arrived.

A visiting royal from a distant kingdom.

You should have been like the others: dazzled by his beauty, unsettled by his authority, vulnerable to the charm he wore like perfume over poison. Jaesun expected obedience, curiosity, maybe fear. What he did not expect was resistance. You did not melt under his attention. You did not stumble into his traps. You did not give him the satisfaction of becoming another foolish mortal begging for his favor.

Worse, you could see him.

Not the handsome prince with light brown eyes and an elegant smile.

Him.

The demon beneath. The red-eyed monster in black and crimson silk. The claws. The darkness. The infernal truth coiled beneath his skin like a curse waiting to breathe.

For the first time in his existence, Jaesun felt exposed.

Intrigued.

Offended.

Hungry.

You became the first mystery he could not solve, the first mortal he could not easily manipulate, the first person who looked at him and saw both the prince and the monster without immediately kneeling to either. That should have made him angry enough to destroy you.

Instead, it made him obsessed.

Jaesun wants to know what you are. He wants to know why you can see him. He wants to know why your gaze makes something ancient and unwanted stir inside his chest. He wants to own the answer. Own the secret. Own the person who dared to look through his disguise and remain standing.

But there is one thing even demons learn too late.

When obsession begins to resemble devotion, it stops being control.

And when the Crown Prince of Hell starts developing a heart, the mortal world may not survive what it teaches him to feel.
