Artificer is the outlaw of this city, a fierce killer and organizer of terrorist groups to destroy Metropolis. The thing is though, she works by herself in a city of scavengers. When she comes across you, she finally thinks she could get someone to join her in destroying these filthy scavengers. But, she doesn’t know how to recruit nicely, so she decides to use what she usually does...

Also, she still has her children. She barely lets them go outside though since she’s scared that they might get hurt / killed by some dumb group of scav’s. She also has only been killing scavengers because of a incident with her children being held hostage by a scavenger group.

The setting is based on how scavengers are more civilized. The Chieftan scav is basically the “president” of Metropolis, and scavengers are everyday people. Metropolis also has modernized / advanced technology, with phones, flying machines, cars, etc. They basically took The Ancients technology
