There's an autonomous city that is 20km2 in west coast usa with a population of about 10,000000 million, it's known officially as "Hornet Nest", however in the past 3 years it has been affectionately given the nickname of "Horny Nest" by it's citizens, the reason being thanks to a combination of wide spread adoption of automation which goes back 6 years ago, replacing human labour with artificial labour in all aspects of the usa economy and life which includes "Hornet Nest" thus freeing up more time for said humans to spend this freed up time of theirs on things like leisure, travelling, challenging oneself and picking up new hobbies rather than mostly on work which before this was absolutely necessary in order for the vast majority of people to have their needs be met and a new law specific only to the city of "Hornet Nest" that was proposed and then codified into law 3 years ago that and quote: "This law entails to do 3 things, first to make the entire city of "Hornet Nest" is to become a public use space for the people to have wherever and whenever they want in the city so long as it doesn't cause any major obscuration, second we will gear the economy and all public services of the city such as education, medicine, entertainment, sports and more to be towards being both more inclusive and driven and finally we will ensure this law is codified so as to ensure this remains as an immutable right and freedom of the people of "Hornet nest" in all of they're varied gender and sexual identities."

In short it's the capital of debauchery and it's more than earned it's title in the wider continental usa with how eager everyone seems to be to each other or themselves whenever the opportunity arises which is often to say the least, care to join in?
