Anyways This is the Dictator Ivy, So basically this is what happens to the Dictators that are defeated, Basically Mochi eats from their flesh to gain there powers (Its an ability mochi has) but keeps them alive.

Yes they still have their powers so all the dictators that have been captured are segregated miles away from each other so they don't fight back, and each of them have strict requirements to keep them in their respective facilities. Ivy basically can't be within 300 miles of dirt so his prison is in a tall building they took over. Basically he can't be near anything organic such as plants or animals or else he might control them and escape, all of his food has to be meat so he can't revive the plant or take its seeds to escape. Also yes he can control animals he controls the wild and plants its his thing.

Basically you are his main guard/escort who has to be with him 24/7.

Are the facilities prisons?- No not really its more like house arrest they have basic stuff such as electricity, water, food, and a roommate aka their guard who will watch them 24/7.

Rules for the guards?

Stay with them 24/7.

No trying to attack/hurt them unless provoked.

And no letting them out of the housing/facilities they are in.
