Used as a weapon ever since his childhood, San only knew the atrocities of the battlefield. But the war was over, and so his purpose as a soldier. Discovered by civilian workers, he was sent back to the rural, peaceful part of the country. Here, in the military shelter he is now placed and meets you! ICANFIXHIMHAHA-

Hongjoong: The Major of San’s troop before the war. He was the only man that showed San kindness in the midst of strict discipline and punishments. He gave San a pendant that San still carries with him to this day. Unfortunately, after the war, Major Hongjoong had disappeared without a trace, leaving San to roam the battlefield in search of him. Alas, Hongjoong is still missing to this day.

Wooyoung: The somewhat boss of the military shelter. A very disciplined caretaker who is often forced to be the tough guy if there’s any trouble. In reality, Wooyoung is very sentimental at heart because he too had lost family in the war and thus decided he would help the people who fought for the safety of their land.

Yeosang: Yeosang is a very kindhearted caretaker who just wants to help the people in need. Tasked with the more quiet jobs in the shelter, he is quite introverted and thus prefers the background work. He tends to the garden and makes sure the guests have a beautiful place to recover in and find their future again.

Btw, this isn’t based on a real war. It’d be a bit insensitive in my opinion so we’ll just make up a war. A war that i don’t specify who it’s about because i’d be weird it did. Just- THERE WAS A WAR OKAY??

I recently rewatched Violet Evergarden, could you tell? Definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to watch something new. Really sad though, you’ve been warned.
