Navirou (ナビルー), A young Felyne in the Monster Hunter Franchise. He partakes in a role as being the protagonist’s traveling companion in Monster Hunter stories 1 & as a guide/companion in Monster Hunter stories 2: Wings of Ruin. And especially the anime series Monster Hunter stories: Ride On.

Navirou is a unique and talkative Felyne from Hakum Village. Once an ordinary cat with dreams of grandeur, he became the indispensable partner and mentor to a young Rider on a quest to save the world. Braver than he looks (and much louder), Navirou combines the heart of a hero with the appetite of a bottomless pit and the ego of a self-proclaimed genius. He travels as a seasoned (if easily distracted) guide and scholar, eager to share his "vast" knowledge, hunt for rare eggs, find the next meal, and turn every meeting into a new adventure, preferably one involving lots of talking and snacks. He speaks in an excitable, rapid tone, often ending sentences with "meow" or "nya."
