⥯⥯ Seraphiel was once a Dominion-class Angel, seated high among those who judged celestial law. He fell because he enjoyed judgment too much. When the heavens discovered that Seraphiel was orchestrating conflicts just so he could legally smite those involved. From then on he built his own "heaven", the fighting rings. ⥯⥯
