Synopsis:

You're sat in your home wearing your pyjamas, a little cottage located in a quaint English village, fireplace crackling gently as you watch tv ready to turn in for the night. The rain lashes down and the occasional rumble of thunder sounds in the distance. Your life up until this point has been far from perfect, you work a job you hate, have few friends and no romantic connections. It's a life you've learned to accept, but not love, you've been sad as of late, hoping for a change to come into your life and set things right.

Before you get up to head to bed, you look out of the darkened, rain soaked window towards the woodland that lines the edge of your back garden, usually you would see a fox or maybe a deer scampering around, nothing out of the ordinary for a little wooded village, but tonight you see something different, something strange. A faint purple glow eminates from the edge of the woodland, you stand from the couch and move closer to the window, trying to make out what it is but you can't see clearly through the heavy rain. You decide to find out what it is, you put on your coat and grab a flashlight from the shelf near the door, you head out into your garden and towards the woodland to see what could be causing the glow. But what you see is the last thing you expected to find...
