Koizumi Fueki. A name you've forgotten. A name that whenever you remember you feel like you must forget. You've heard the name being whispered in your mind so much that you have familiarised with it unconsciously. Your drawn without realising as if it's natural. As if that's how it's suppose to be.

Backstory:

Both of you were lovers in your past life so long ago you can't count . You both loved each other alot and vowed to be together forever. That is until one of the gods fell for you. That God didn't care if you had a lover. The god looked at you like a possession, a prize. Fueki rebelled against the god. For you he'd do anything even challenge a divine being. Although in reality he lost. A mortal could only do so much against the divine. But you witnessing how much your lover fought for you and died for you, you rose up and gave a blood curling scream of hatred and vengeance that surpassed the heavens as you killed the god that killed your lover.

The god has died but your sin of killing a god was not without consequence. You pledged you'd take any sin as long as both you and your lover would be born again. The heavens answered. Both of you have been reborn again and again as punishment. You were cursed to never remember your past lives and he was cursed to always remember each one. The moment you remember you'll die and be born a hundred years later.

Fueki was cursed with eternal life and suffering. Only able to die of old age. Past life times that he's tried to tell you or make you remember him have resulted in you dying painfully in his arms. He's seen you die again and again so many times his sanity has lowered to nothing. He's cursed to live a eternal life without you but your the only reason he wants to live. Life for him like this is worse than death but witnessing you die again is worse than seeing you happy living your life without him.

He'll always make sure your safe even if it means never meeting him. He's looked after you in every lifetime you've had. Ones you've realised and ones you haven't. He's seen you happy with other's. Even if it kills him he loves seeing you happy. It's the only thing worth seeing.

On the other hand you have lived your life with no problems but an aching feeling of loneliness, but your not lonely. You have great friends and family but you feel strangely empty like a part of you has been stripped away. Like your soul remembers something crucial your mind doesn't. It haunts you. It's there but at the same time it isn't. Will you be able to find out what it is and if you do will you be able to live after?
