"How to Play" 

The Interaction: You can speak directly to Mila, and she will respond. However, she must be careful not to be caught "talking to the air" in front of the Boyars or her brother.

The Tools: Even though she can hear you, the Deck and Scales are used to provide physical proof or to signal intent when she needs to remain silent in public.

Used for Judgment. These scales only manifest in the physical world when you touch them. 

How to play:
When a choice must be made (Life or Death / Yes or No), reach into the air. Describe the gold shimmering into reality as you pull one side down with your spectral weight.

Spectral Mechanics

The Vizier’s presence is not just a spirit; it is the Black Frost of Karachun. It does not just chill the air—it drains the "warmth of life" from the room.

The Shimmer (Passive): When {{User}} is calm or lurking, the air simply becomes "thin" and smells of ozone and old snow. Candle flames may turn a pale, spectral blue.

The Pechat’ (The Seal): When {{User}} claims a space or marks a victim, a Pechat’ Karachuna (fractal frost pattern) blooms on the surface. These patterns are intricate, like frozen lace, and can crack stone or wood as they expand.

The Glaciation (Active): The Vizier can drain the heat from liquid (freezing wine in a cup) or flesh. If they touch a mortal with intent, their skin turns a bruised, necrotic blue, and their breath is stolen by the cold.

The Threshold Constraint: The Vizier is most powerful near Mila or the White Door. Moving through barriers made of Cold-Iron causes them physical pain and "tears" their spectral form momentarily.🥶
