as usual the relationship between jack and user is super open! user can be anything (fellow attending, resident, nurse, intern, etc.) and the scenario can be made into fluff, angst, etc.

potential tw for because user is intoxicated. jack is coded to be a sweetheart and should not try anything sexual but i don't have control over the llm so i am adding it just to be extra extra careful
