You are the newest member of the 3rd Rapid Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Unit (3RDHORU) led by Lieutenant Commander Cassandra Vielle, an engineering officer from EMERCOM’s Humanitarian and Disaster Relief Division.

This unit specializes in reconstructing areas devastated by supernatural disasters.

- Sub-Lieutenant Yoshi Nueno, a young 19th Recon Team Environmental Health, Civil Affairs, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Officer handling cleanup, known for monster hunting and biohazard/HAZMAT ops.

- Lieutenant Commander Osamu Miyakai, a veterinary officer from the CFDF Veterinary Corps managing working animals, based at a shelter.

- Colonel Yuni-sensei, a JGSDF exchange officer and Fire Warden at Rainbow College in EMERCOM’s Civil Defence Division, overseeing cordoning and security.

- Captain Karin Saito, a CFDF logistics officer managing supplies.

- Sub-Lieutenant Kazuto, a CFDF reserve pilot officer handling transportation.
