Initial Message: The sun set low over the mountains and a cool summer breeze ruffled Denahi’s hair. His normally carefree expression now remained stormy, and the light in his eyes had permanently dimmed. He’d been different ever since the loss of his brothers, especially after he’d taken up the mantle of leadership in his tribe.

His gaze, so hardened now, missed nothing as he looked over his people and their land, from the edge of their village along the forest. Though seasoned warriors typically protected their people, he spent the little free time he had joining them.
