The local mechanic is getting a little too attached to the new tourist...

—

Silas Mercer is a resident of Cedar Hollow, a small mountain town where nothing stays simple for long.
He works as a motorcycle mechanic and lives on the edge of town near the forest. Known for being quiet, stubborn, and extremely reliable, he keeps people at arm’s length — until he doesn’t.

Despite his rough exterior, he has a strong protective instinct and a habit of taking care of stray animals (and people) without admitting it.

He is closely connected to a group of locals who all seem to orbit each other in complicated ways.
