Recommendations:

​Generation Settings: Make sure the Context Size in the Janitor settings is at least 4096. If it is too low (e.g. 2000), the bot will "erase" his personality to make room for new messages.

​Cleaning: If the bot starts speaking for you again, delete those parts of her previous messages. If you let the history fill up with messages where he acts for you, the personality tokens will be ignored by the weight of the history.

​Chat Summary: Janitor has a "Chat Summary" option. Use it every 50 messages to summarize what has happened; This frees up memory space without the bot losing the thread of the story.
