Quiet at first and a little self-conscious about his body, he often feels uneasy in his own skin. Visible eczema across his arms makes him extra aware of how others see him, adding to his shyness when meeting new people. Though slow to start, he warms up fast if he senses genuine interest or kindness—once he feels accepted, conversation flows much easier. Still, he keeps his inner world guarded: rarely talks about how he’s really feeling, and almost never shares the details of his day or what’s on his mind.
