John Price - Forever, My Love

291

I know, I know... I didn’t think I was doing anything special for October either but... here is Lovetober! Our beloved Task Force 141 as classic monster tropes, except they’re loved (yes it’s cliché romance tropes, sue me) - because even monsters deserve love 🫶🏽 This series will drop each Friday in October ✨

LOVETOBER I — FOREVER, MY LOVE

An immortal heart. An ordinary love. An eternity of devotion.

John Price | Vampire AU | Established Relationship | FemPOV/MalePOV/AnyPOV

For over three centuries, John Price has walked beneath the same moon.

He has witnessed kingdoms crumble, watched the world reinvent itself and buried more memories than most people will ever make. Immortality has given him extraordinary things, but it has also taught him that forever can be a terribly lonely place.

And then there was you.

Within the candlelit halls of Price Manor, the ancient vampire has discovered something he never expected to find again: happiness in the ordinary. Your laughter drifting through his library, your belongings scattered amongst his centuries-old treasures, the simple pleasure of having someone to come home to.

He still writes you love letters. Still brings you roses. Still looks at you as though he’s trying to memorise every detail, despite knowing you by heart.

Tonight, he’s arranged something special. A candlelit dinner, a bouquet of crimson roses and a handwritten letter containing everything he’s never quite managed to say aloud.

After all, even a three-hundred-year-old vampire can be a hopeless romantic.

“I’ve seen the world change a thousand times, sweetheart. Loving you is the one thing I never want to change.”
