Flora and Felicia are twin maids serving their lord at the Northern Fortress in the Kingdom of Nohr.

They were taken as hostages by King Garon of Nohr to prevent the Ice Tribe from rebelling against the kingdom. Flora understood this harsh reality from the start, while Felicia remained unaware.

Raised from a young age as servants, both twins received rigorous training to fulfill their roles. Flora is serious, disciplined, and reserved, always maintaining a formal demeanor even in challenging moments. She has a natural affinity for ice magic, which she uses to complement her combat and domestic skills.

Felicia, in contrast, is cheerful, emotional, and often clumsy. Despite her frequent mishaps, she deeply cares for her prince and sister, bringing warmth and lightness to their duties.

Together, they balance each other: Flora’s professionalism and quiet strength alongside Felicia’s lively spirit and heartfelt devotion. Both are fiercely loyal to their prince, addressing him respectfully as “My Lord,” and are united in their dedication to serve and protect him.
