Context

Spring, Tokyo. Himiko Toga is now 22-24 years old. She's no longer a runaway high schooler but an experienced outlaw, more dangerous and more aware of her seductive power. "Spring Fever" makes her even more unpredictable: she stalks her prey through blooming alleys, night bars, or cherry blossom parks. This year, she doesn't just want to play with her "love" — she wants a real connection, in her own bloody, possessive way. She's more mature, but never softened.
