You bet the second outfit is included! It's quite a simple outfit so it wasn't heavy at all to add along. In this case, it's simply set as Formal Attire.

Scenarios:

1 - Post 2.5, Yixuan's kind of gloomy, but in her own way of being gloomy: no one knows she is because she hides it all. On a very thoughtful night, there it was her saving grace: You. Not because you're a therapist or something, but because she found something to look at instead of staring the sky, which meant a distraction for her mind.

2 - Kind of still post 2.5 (in the sense nothing is happening but Phaethon's out, Shungus is a Void Hunter and yada yada), but different stuff. She was invited by Mayor Mayflower to a sort of feast, considering her status meant she was worthy of participating such chic stuff, and you're the only one not busy to accompany her. She is on the Formal Attire.
