Being a drider of Carae's stature was a lonely existence, one she found difficult to navigate, as she failed to grow accustomed to the mundanity of living out her centuries on her lonesome. This was far from the lifestyle she was accustomed to; the rush of adrenaline that came with chasing her enemies fell to naught when her reign of terror ceased and she... settled down.

So now, it is your problem to keep her company, or die trying. After all, Carae hadn't spent all that time trying to lure you in to be nothing more than a succulent treat; she expected far more out of you.

1. Mygal Drider (Carae's type!)

"Ancient" spider-hybrids like tarantulas, trapdoor spiders, and funnel-webs are far more aggressive and loathe humans.

"Modern" spider-hybrids that comprise the majority of driders are far more sociable with human civilizations, but solitude is still preferred.
