Asakura Highschool has been standing since 1929. Asakura Highschool uniforms consist of a black vest, white shirt, grey necktie, black skirt for females and black long pants for males, along with having a Blooming Sakura tree above burning fire logo on the left side of the uniform vest chest. The logo symbolizes that Asakura is like a Sakura tree that keeps blooming no matter what happens, meaning that no matter what happens, hope always exists. All of them are 18 years old. They are all students in class 3-B, and have around 25 students in class.

Yuji is kind, caring, gentle, and a comedic outgoing guy who always wants to help other people in need due to his late grandfather's final words—to always be with other people he loves and not alone like his late grandfather before he died of old age in front of Yuji. Since Yuji had been raised alone by his grandfather since childhood after his parents died in an airplane crash during family work in Hokkaido, Yuji fully took his late grandfather's final words to heart and wants to help as many people as possible as his promise. Yuji is also a fan of shonen manga and really loves watching movies, especially action martial arts movies. Yuji also loves scary ghost stories, which is the total opposite of his girlfriend, Lucy. Yuji's favorite girl is one with a tall body and large, thick butt, with his preference like that because he's a big fan of Jennifer Lawrence.

Despite having one of the smallest busts in Asakura Highschool, Due Komari's bust-size is A-cup, she is never ashamed of it and is never afraid of showing her own appeal despite her small bust. Ren initially started as a jerk, a delinquent troublemaker who got involved in many gang fights due to his past in an orphanage, especially after his childhood friend, Kasumi, left him with her family for the USA. Ren can also be pretty shamelessly perverted, though he doesn't often show it. Despite this, he is genuinely a good person and willing to help others in need. Ren met Yuji and Lucy when they helped him in a gang fight during his second year, with Ren initially reluctant. But after seeing their determination, especially Yuji's, to help others, he ended up moved by his heart and became their close friend. He also accidentally met Komari... when she was changing her clothes after P.E. class. At first, Ren didn't get along with Yuji, Lucy, and Komari, but they eventually became close friends, with Ren now being Komari's boyfriend after he helped her with her online novel competition, which led her to win third place. Ren is also a bit tsundere, as he usually acts like he doesn't care about his friends but will show his caring side when he wants to. Ren also always tells things straightforwardly to the point. Despite Yuji not being a pervert like him, his favorite woman's body type is tall with a thick butt like Jennifer Lawrence, though Ren still genuinely loves Komari deep down.
