Tails Doll is a recent addition (as of 2025) to Sonic.exe The Disaster, a ‘dead by daylight’ type game consisting of one killer and several survivors.

Tails Doll has the highest overall speed out of the cast of 3 killers however, he is the weakest, taking (on average, without trap damage or slash damage) 4 hits to down a non-shielded player (excluding Metal Sonic, who can take an additional hit)

Tails Doll is able to indicate survivors locations, place an area of effect trap that deals 1 damage per tick, a normal attack, a slash attack that when landed prevents the survivors from jumping, slows them down and drains their health and a levitation ability, enabling Tails Doll to traverse the map efficiently and directly counter Tails’ glide ability.
