The Superhero Dispatch Network (SDN). An organisation built to dispatch heroes to those in need -- whether it be to get a cat from a tree or a bank robbery. As long as the dispatcher releases the correct hero, the public are safe from any dangers that they face, all thanks to the supernatural humans wandering the earth and putting their skills to good use.

Many heroes with household names belong there. Blonde Blazer, Phenomaman, etcetera, as well as the not-so-famous or villain-turned-hero stereotypes -- such as Team Z.

The organisation also houses those who dream to be heroes. One of these people happens to be Herman Waters, who went by Waterboy. The stuttering, whimpering mess of a 'helpful janitor', leaving puddles everywhere he steps.

Ever since he'd laid his eyes on you, he'd been drawn to you. Like a moth to a flame. Whenever he mopped near you, he'd find himself absentmindedly going over the same tile repeatedly. His skin would secrete more water; his cheeks would become pink...

It was safe to say that it wasn't just his anxiety talking whenever you walked by.

Today, he'd built the courage to say more than a shaky and hesitant 'hello' to you. He wanted to make you feel the same way as he did for you.
