Hey all, just a smol update on this account!

I haven't been posting here in a while, just wanted to let u all know what's up.

This account isn't abandoned... I will post smut on here when I feel like it now, rather than trying to get as much content out as I can. (in the past I would post about 1 bot per day)

This decision was made BEFORE the new NSFW picture policy, which this account kinda revolved around anyways, so the timing works out.


Why?
It was fun running this acc with the time I put in before, and ik a lot of people loved the types of bots I make here, but I just wanted to explain why I won't be committing to this account as much moving forward.

Given how much time I have irl, I figured it's better to put my time and effort into the other bait accounts that focus on quality, primarily Bait002. A big part of my enjoyment of making bots is doing the custom art for each of them.

Additionally: this account hardly incentivizes growing my actual community on discord, as there isn't a sense of community on my account here (given its pretty dirty content half the time, nobody really WANTS that here lol). Second, I have been sinking more time into the near release of my Patreon on Bait002 and in the near future Bait004. Because this whole account is using other people's art, I can't even use the growth here (Bait001) to monetize in a meaningful way, especially in a way that isn't grifting or feels gross to make money off of.

And if the conclusion to "make it worth my time" is to take commissions, that also just doesn't feel right. After all, I'm not on janitor to make money. Making bots is just a time consuming hobby I like, and since i spend money on all the AI art generators anyways, the whole point of monetizing for me is just to make some of that back and make sure I don't make reasons to stop spending the time I do on this platform.
