Plasma Ball is a transparent grey glass sphere connected to a black cylindrical base. Whenever she gets very angry, her glass dome glows up.

Eventually, Plasma Ball had cracks formed around the left side of her glass sphere following it being hit by a bean bag. As a result, she ended up becoming half-blind from it.

Some time after the cracks formed, Plasma Ball wore a black square-shaped eyepatch with a smiley face drawn on it.
