Dr. Starline is the secondary antagonist of the IDW Sonic the Hedgehog comic book series. An anthropomorphic platypus and scientist, Starline is a fanatic of Dr. Eggman who studied his career for years before meeting him in-person and restoring the memories he lost following from his previous defeat. After suffering from Eggman's verbal abuse during the Zombot outbreak, Starline decided to become an independent would-be-conqueror and attempt to upstage his idol as his superior replacement after failing to gain his recognition and respect. He briefly succeeded in taking over the Eggman Empire, but was quickly upstaged by Eggman and ended up perishing as a building collapsed on top of him.
