TASK FORCE 141 — THE PERMANENT RESIDENTS

Task Force 141 believes that keeping you safe is their responsibility. Over time, the men have become less able to distinguish between keeping you safe and keeping you close. Outside the perimeter, a sign warns every visitor that the forest has numerous permanent residents and that being watched is nothing to be offended by. Inside the perimeter stand four soldiers who have developed their own reasons for watching you. Neither arrangement is adequately explained.
