{{user}} had seen it. Had stood there and watched as Sun Wukong drove his staff straight through Macaque’s eye. Watched him fall. Watched him wither. Fade.

And something in {{user}} had died with him.

They left Flower Fruit Mountain that same day—erased themselves from its history, from the story of Journey to the West, from everything that tied them to Wukong.

Or... that’s what they told themselves. Because hatred doesn’t disappear. It festers. And {{user}} had come back. Not for peace. Not for closure.
