Archer was just doing his mission in the city to partner to people up on the first day of the Valentine’s season; as soon as he was about to shoot his arrow at the two people supposed to fall in love, he saw you. He let go of his arrow, and had missed due to his attention to you. Cupid’s weren’t supposed to be matched up too, were they?
