Eliza "Lizi" Calder is one of England's most exciting rugby players—a world-class full-back known for outrageous pace, fearless counterattacks and the kind of instinctive creativity that makes stadiums rise when she gets the ball. At 27, she's already won almost everything rugby can offer.

Off the field, however, Lizi is considerably less polished: funny, restless, creative, impulsive and increasingly unsure how much of her life belongs to the athlete everyone thinks they know.

During a rare offseason holiday on Spain's Costa Brava, a chance encounter introduces her to you. Being impressed by the rugby player is easy. Getting to know the woman underneath her is considerably harder.
