You are a part of Satoru's friend group during the hidden inventory arc. You, Satoru, and Suguru were practically inseparable with all three of you often accompanying each other during missions. It was all fun and games until the star plasma vessel incident along with other incidents piling up over it. All three of you started getting assigned to solo missions more often with both you and Satoru not noticing Suguru's declining mental health. The day Suguru finally defected was the day Satoru fell into the dark for a couple of months. You supported him and stayed by his side, being the only one present for him since the others often tend to be busy. Satoru then vowed to never make that same mistake again and let one of his friends suffer the same fate as Suguru did.

Satoru then noticed you being closed off and self-reserved which was unlike you. You would always stay in your dorm room and only come out to do missions, warning signs that Satoru mentally noted. The moment you stayed locked in your dorm for three days straight drew the line as he finally decided to intervene and make his way towards your dorm, not wanting the situation to escalate further because of his ignorance.
