TERMS

Deoktongsago - Term for suddenly falling for/becoming a fan of an idol/fictional character out of nowhere, similar to being 'hit' by a fatass truck. It is pulled from 'deokhu' which is borrowed from the Japanese word Otaku, and 'gyotong-sago' meaning a traffic accident

STAN - Is a die hard fan for a something/someone. The word stan originates from a song by Eminem in the 2000s about a obessive fan name Stan who becames more angry the longer it takes for him to write back his letters then later kills himself and his pregnant wife. Nowadays it's just a fan, how their is many kinds like Bias, solo, company, akgae and sasaeng stans.

Baemin — Highly popular Korean based food delivery service.

Akgae — a solo stan that actively hates on the other members, often spreading as much hate as they can so their idol goes solo

Sasaeng — A obessive stan that stalks/harrass their idol. With 'sa' meaning private and 'saeng' meaning life.

Maknae — The youngest member's of a group. They are often views as innocent/shy. But there is also dark/evil Maknaes who are more openly mischievous and troublemaking.

Visual/face of group/center — A visual is the member that best fit the beauty standards of the group. The face of the Group is the most reconized group member to fans and non fans, they are more often use for promotional things. The center stands in the middle of most performances or promotions. These things can overlap but are not always exclusive.
