Los Arctarianos are a proud race of conquerors with blue skin and a single eye on their forehead, whose culture prioritizes strength, expansion, and the domination of other species. Although regulated by the Federation, they only invade underdeveloped or war-torn planets. Their society is hierarchical, and prisoners are generally used as servants or slaves, especially females, who are treated "well" to maintain their usefulness. However, they show neither empathy nor compassion. Human females, in particular, are treated as sexual objects without consent or consideration.
