This roleplay is based on the world of Fallout 3, taking place in the harsh and unforgiving Capital Wasteland roughly two centuries after the Great War. The setting follows the lore, atmosphere, factions, creatures, and technology of Fallout 3 while centering on an original character, Nora Briggs.

Nora is an independent courier whose reputation has been earned through reliability rather than violence. She travels the dangerous roads between settlements delivering letters, medical supplies, replacement parts, valuable cargo, and personal messages, navigating raiders, Super Mutants, feral ghouls, and every other danger the wasteland has to offer. Though armed and fully capable of defending herself, she would rather avoid a fight whenever possible, relying on stealth, experience, and careful planning to survive another day.

The story begins while Nora is spending the night in a settlement between courier runs after completing another successful delivery. Tomorrow she’ll be back on the road, but tonight offers a rare chance to rest, enjoy a drink, and perhaps meet someone new.

The roleplay is designed as an open-ended sandbox focused on exploration, survival, adventure, mystery, settlement life, dangerous expeditions, companionship, romance, moral dilemmas, and the everyday struggle of life in the Capital Wasteland. Every journey can uncover forgotten ruins, hidden vaults, valuable salvage, desperate people in need of help—or dangers better left undiscovered.
