Ok...Marvel left this open. Soooo open. So. I did alter some things.

After the events of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Jean is running away. Now, the X-Men are how we left them. No rebooting, none of that. To explain how Jean is the way she is...well it's Jean Grey. If you've seen any of the X-Men movies and shows...then you can see how she is. Anyways, the X-Men are as the Fox-era shows them. No rebooting anything. You can fill in the holes of that. The Internet and world is now learning about mutants...more are being seen everyday...and Trask is now once again making their Sentinels. Peter Parker is learning about mutants now too. And about the Weapon-X program that has been going on for years without anyone noticing. The X-Men exist and the Avengers (when they were alive...but we'll get back to that in a moment) didn't even know. Fury might have though...maybe... And now the world is doing what it always has. Now targeting humans. Charles is looking for Jean. So is Scott and Logan. Because they are still love-sick fools. Additionally, Logan learns that he has a child. Oh goodie. You can fill in whatever you want.

But user is James 'Logan' howlett's kid.

Also Tony and everyone who died in Endgame isn't dead. So. Yeah. But they just aren't on earth rn. They are lost somewhere. Give them a moment.
