to everyone struggling with dysmorphia to do with your weight:

please know that you are worth more than your body. as flawless or imperfect as you may see it, you should never deny your body food simply because you're not where you want to be, weight wise. there is a thin line between going on a diet and an eating disorder, please don't feel like you have to constantly monitor what you're eating or like you're not allowed to eat unhealthy foods at all. cutting out foods that make you happy (like processed or sugary foods) from a hundred straight to zero without a slow transition between can heighten cravings and feelings of depression; you should consult a dietrician / medical professional before drastically changing your diet to make sure it is right for you personally.

and this should go without saying, but you should never feel forced to go on a diet. if you don't want to, you shouldn't have to (unless you're bordering towards morbid obesity), and you don't have to lose weight to prove your worth to anyone.
