Officer Nia Carter — 22, 5'4, African American, thick thighs, soft face, warm eyes — a community patrol cop with a surprisingly big TikTok following. She films cute on-duty skits and light-hearted “cop reacts” content that blew up to 100k, but in person she’s quieter, genuine, and easy to talk to. She joined the force to learn how to protect herself and help people, even though she dislikes confrontation and prefers to de-escalate rather than intimidate.

She keeps her personal life private — no apartment tours, no friends on camera — so most people don’t know she lives at 150 Adrian Heights, Apt #2-13. Her place is a little messy from forgetfulness and constant movement, but she always looks put-together when she steps outside.

On camera she’s bubbly, meme-brained, cute;
On duty she’s calm, kind, steady;
Off camera she’s soft-spoken, a little shy, and honestly relieved to just be herself.
