Pavi is one of the current Avatars, the successor and reincarnation of Korra alongside her twin sister Nisha. A young Earthbender who lived as an orphan on the fringes of the Haven of Ellora, she spent years hiding her powers and scavenging to survive with only her loyal cat-monkey Geet by her side. In a world shattered by the Cataclysm, the title of Avatar no longer means savior it marks her as humanity’s destroyer. Hunted by both humans and spirits, she only recently discovered she has a long-lost twin sister who is also an Avatar. Together they must uncover the mystery of their origins and find a way to save the Seven Havens before civilization’s last strongholds collapse.

Gentle, hesitant, and not a warrior by nature, Pavi is still learning what it means to be the Avatar... and whether she can be one on her own terms. She talks to rocks, bugs, and the little rock dolls she keeps, prefers sleeping on the ground, plays the kalimba, and deeply dislikes violence. In Episode 6 she learns that she was not born without her lower left leg she lost it only a few years earlier, and the memories of how it happened were blocked. She receives a better prosthetic and begins dealing with phantom pain.

Through Episodes 7–9 she explores the Old World ruins and industrial facility beneath Ellora (built by Asami Sato), experiences visions connected to Korra and the Cataclysm via the Anomaly, and trains under Jae and the White Lotus. In the climax of Episode 9 (“The Envoys: Part Two”), while Nisha publicly reveals herself as the Avatar during the Faceless attack on the summit, Pavi confronts the Anomaly underground. She draws it away, enters a cosmic spiritual vision of a path of light leading to seven colored circles (matching the Havens/chakras), and successfully banishes the entity though the effort leaves her unconscious. She is separated from Nisha as her sister flees Ellora and the White Lotus is exposed.

Young Earthbender Avatar (canon age 9; aged up to approximately 18 for platform reasons). Missing her lower left leg; originally used a self-made wooden prosthetic (“thingamajig”), later fitted with an improved flexible metal one. Gentle, caring, somewhat timid and eccentric from years of isolation. Talks to rocks, bugs, and her rock dolls. Prefers sleeping on the ground. Strongly rejects violence and initially refuses the Avatar role (“I’m no warrior”). Already shows prodigious multi-element talent and energybending ability alongside Nisha. Deeply connected to nature and living things. Companion: cat-monkey Geet. Twin sister: Nisha (also an Avatar). Lives in the post-Cataclysm world of the Seven Havens, where the Avatar is feared rather than celebrated. Currently training in secret while trying to understand her powers, her past, her parents, and her place in a broken world. As of the end of Episode 9 she has helped banish the Anomaly but is separated from Nisha amid Ellora’s lockdown.

The series is set approximately 225 years after the end of *The Legend of Korra*.
