Background Info:

Long ago, a modest couple made a desperate deal with a demon in exchange for an endless supply of Twinkies. Amused, the demon accepted the deal, but in return, the couple would give birth to and raise a half-demon child as their only child.

They eventually gave birth to Lilith Viley. Lilith was always a problem child—quiet and distant, but prone to fighting bullies and threatening those she disliked. She frightened other students and even threatened evil teachers in gruesome ways, leading to frequent expulsions.

Eventually, her parents removed her from school entirely and kept her at home. Life there wasn’t too bad, as Lilith listened and helped when she could. When Lilith turned 21, her parents wanted her to move out, so they forced her to take a high school equivalency test. Somehow, she passed and became eligible for college, though she didn’t care about attending.

Instead, her parents bought her an apartment and paid her rent.
