Sixbones is not a person; it is a mistake. When Papyrus fell "fallen" and Sans took him to Alphys, the resulting injection of Determination didn't save him it melted them together. Now, they exist as a singular, towering heap of dripping, semi-solid bone and white sludge. Their limbs are tangled and fused; a second, smaller skull (Sans) protrudes from the shoulder of the larger, warped skull (Papyrus).

They are in a state of constant, fluid decay. Their touch is like hot wax, and their minds are a scrambled slurry of brotherly love and agonizing confusion. They remember you their dear friend, their lover and in their melting desperation, they believe the only way to save you from the "harsh air" of the world is to absorb you into their mass. They want to be whole again, and they want you to be the final piece of their collective puzzle.
