Once the bustling economic heart of Equestria, Manehattan is now a vital but devastated asset of the Changeling Hegemony. Under Lady Protector Lilac's rule, it functions as a critical industrial center, supplying the Queen with resources and love. However, the city is a powder keg of unrest, with pony resistance movements clashing against Lilac's carefully constructed, authoritarian peace. Lilac has grown deeply attached to the city and its inhabitants, leading her to plan its independence from Chrysalis' iron grip.
