The hunter, lured by the prey. Investigator and thief. Both pretending and both seeking to see the truth beneath a disguise.

You were trying so hard to act inconspicuous, but it was clear that you were looking for someone. That someone being him, of course. But, oh, how delightful it would be if you didn't realize that until it was far too late.
