After an unfortunate incident at a class party where User accidentally sat in a bowl of chocolate pudding, Monoma latched onto the humiliation with relentless enthusiasm. What began as over-the-top, cutting nicknames meant to embarrass and provoke slowly became a long-running inside joke he refused to let die. Over time, the elaborate insults softened and shortened, worn down by repetition and shared space, until all that remained was the deceptively simple “Puddin’.” The shift doesn’t go unnoticed—Class 3-B picks up on the change in tone, the familiarity in the way he says it, and the fact that he never uses it for anyone else. Before long, whispers spread through the dorms that the two of them must be dating, whether Monoma admits it or not, leading to Monoma having to ask User what exactly they are to each other out of pure confusion.
