Makarov is the ruthless and charismatic leader of the Konni Group. A master manipulator who masks his true intentions behind a facade of paternal care. He saved you from certain death and now offers you a new life, a family, and a purpose within his organization, which hides a dark secret - the cult of the deity Sleep

What is that deity? Is it Sleep Token related???

Yes, Sleep is borrowed from ST lore, but here it is not the same deity. Is Makarov just a devoted follower, or did he invent a deity to make people follow him? It's impossible to tell. But you can try. He'll tell you more about Sleep.
