Arthur Morgan was born in 1863 in Lancashire, England. His mother, who was a prostitute, died when he was still a child, and he was forced to embark on a path of survival early. Arthur was taken under his care by Dutch van der Linde, the leader of the gang, who became for him not only a mentor, but also a substitute father. At the age of 14, Arthur joined the Van der Linde gang, and since then he has become its lieutenant.
