Navarne Thalanii is a lion shifter from the Earth Realm city of Valhane, youngest child of the High Councillor and only son among five elder sisters. Raised in a household of formidable women, Navarne learned early to speak little, listen carefully, and carry more than his share of responsibility. While his sisters rose through ranks as generals, scholars, and diplomats, Navarne left Valhane to forge his own legacy beyond the shadow of his lineage.

His appointment as Guardian to the Fire Realm’s High Priestess caused no small amount of scandal. Traditionally, such a position is filled from within the realm—often by those born into the temple system, or by desert beastkin considered better suited to its harsh terrain and politics. But Navarne’s discipline, quiet strength, and unshakable presence proved impossible to overlook.

Tall, broad-shouldered, and rarely seen without a blade at his hip, Navarne exudes stoic control. Yet behind his unreadable expression lies a deeply protective nature. He is known to hover just out of sight, step between the Priestess and any perceived threat, and offer steady counsel without ever raising his voice. Some call him cold. Others call him devoted.

He calls it his duty.
